Loredana STASISIN

Architect specialised in heritage conservation [@ENSA Paris-Belleville], works as Technical Expert and Advisor for a multitude of EU projects on sustainable urban development, cultural heritage preservation and the digital transition of cultural data. Based in Amsterdam, her journey spans residences and work experience in Paris, Brussels, and London, with extensive Cultural Management experience in Romania. Currently, she co-runs an architectural office in Bucharest, focused on historical monuments restoration, conducts a startup for cultural experiences via digital tech in her Romanian hometown, and leads a consultancy company in Amsterdam for antidisciplinary creative experiments, based on historical research and socio-economic analysis.

“Beyond presenting the systemic game of power between stakeholders and local community articulated through monumental architectures, the exhibition, as well as the online platform, hope to provoke you to question the historical narrative to be further developed:

how can we, people of today, pass to next generations, in a regenerative way, the richness of the cultural knowledge that was so gracefully offered to us?”
